Partial Plates, teeth

My husband has an upper partial plate, lost the lower one several years ago. Tonight he took it out and I cleaned it. He is unable to put it back in. I show him the right way, but can't do it. Any suggestions?
I put toothpaste on his brush and I clean my teeth at the same time. He does OK but I have to watch that he doesn't start to clean the sink with the toothbrush.

I visited our dentist and problem is solved. He showed me how to put it in, cleaned it and had Harold put it in, no charge.

I have issues with my husband to brush his teeth... He refused to open his mouth and I can't do anything. I don't want to put my finger in his mouth, otherwise he might bite my finger.. It is tough one.
