Is there any kind of workbook to help my parents decide what they want for their future? They are 78 and can't seem to come to a decision on where to live as we try to get them moved out of the house they have been in since 1974 and closer to me or my siblings to help them age in place. They are still healthy, vibrant and traveling but we want to plan ahead.

I am POA etc. for sister 2 years older than me. I am beginning to think about having things in place so if something happens to me, my sister is still taken care of legally, etc. How does one create a 'bridge' of some sort so if I am incapacitated, the next person can step i n?
