I get where you're coming from. My brother, who's also a veteran with PTSD and anxiety, has been through something similar. One thing that's worked for us is finding a therapist who's experienced with trauma and veterans. It took some time to find the right fit, but it's been worth it. Also, getting your husband involved in activities he finds relaxing, even if it's just a short walk or listening to calming music, could help. Remember, take care of yourself too!
