Kari I remember using SignUp Genius when coordinating volunteers at my kid’s school. It’s free to use and you can set the tasks, days and times.
Twyla That is a good question. I could have used that when I went to NJ last week. I made a excel spreadsheet. I had to include things like time for medicine and when fix his food and little things that he might do like getting confused where the bathroom is. Also who was coming and how long they were staying.
