During webinars and anonymous sessions, the video camera and audio microphone controls are blanked so they can't be accessed. This is fine for the video control, but when the audio (microphone) control is blanked, it also inhibits the option to select a different speaker or headphone interface. If for some reason, the default speaker is not usable, the participant has no way to change to a different speaker or headphone. So it isn't possible to hear Monique when she is speaking.
Can the audio control be left active during webinars or anonymous sessions? If not, could a speaker selection control be added to remedy this limitation?
